Child Protection

The protection of children in our sport has been and remains a priority of the highest order to Tennis Ireland.

Crosshaven Tennis Club takes safeguarding and child protection very seriously and is compliant with Tennis Ireland regulations. In order to ensure this, the club has a number of child protection officers.

For several years now, Tennis Ireland has taken a pro-active role in working with affiliated clubs and other associated bodies to ensure the highest level of compliance within our sport in terms of Code of Ethics and Good Practice for Children's Sport.

Crosshaven Tennis Club is fully committed to safeguarding the well being of its members. Every individual in the club should at all times show respect and understanding for their rights, safety and welfare, and con-duct themselves in a way that reflects the principles of the club and the guidelines contained in the Safeguarding Children and Young People in Tennis Manual
