Return of Tennis!

Dear members,

We hope everyone has been keeping safe and well during these tumultuous times. We are delighted to be able to share some good news. Following the Government announcement we will be able to open our courts to members from May 18th. There will be certain provisions and strict guidelines in order for us to be able to facilitate play whilst ensuring the health and safety of our members. Please take the time to read the below guidelines for PHASE 1.

MEMBERS ONLY

- from May 18th, only paid members will be able to access the online booking system. If anybody is under pressure with payment, please contact Mary Fitzgerald in strict confidence. Membership payments in installments will be facilitated.

Singles only for the time being. Doubles is permitted only where players are from the same household.

All courts need to be booked online. All PLAYERS need to be named on the online booking for contact tracing purposes. Please pay particular attention to this and make sure all players on the court are listed.

The clubhouse is off limits with exception to emergencies only. The defibrillator can be accessed for emergencies at any time. The toilets will be off limits for the duration of phase 1.

Please read this guide thoroughly and familiarise yourself with the rules that need to be adhered to in order for us to be able to keep the courts open during this time.

We look forward to seeing our members enjoying the game we all love and miss. Please allow us to keep doing so by adhering to the guidelines set.
